Excellent experience as usual. The driver digs the lids up, pumps the tanks and replaces the soil and grass. The job site is cleaned up when he is done.

C. M. Kristman, Inc. was an excellent company to work with in all aspects of the project. They were responsive, professional and wanted to work with us. It started with a visit to see and determine best way to complete the project, getting approval and permit from CCHD for the project. They started on the target date, showed-up early and got right-to-work. Very professional job and very professional workers who really know what they are doing! After the septic was done and inspected they dug a second trench for a water line and did all the finishing of dirt and seed. Highly recommend for the professional work and the ability to help get through all the "red-tape" to make it happen.

Truck pulled into driveway at appointed time, driver got right to work, finished in about 15 minutes, drove out, Invoice came via email the next day. I like this service because you don't have to be home (though that day I was).

The contractor was clean and polite. Pumped our septic clean and then cleaned up area before he left. This was the first time we used this company and not the first time we have had our septic pumped we will be using C.M. Kristman Inc. in the future. The customer service was excellent also. The person answering the phone was courteous and provided the email invoice that I requested without hesitation.

They inspected and confirmed the condition of the pipe, allowing our project to proceed. C M Kristman has served us since 2007. They have done work on rainwater runoff control, repaired and installed exterior drain lines, and provided routine septic maintenance. All their work has been excellent and reasonably priced. The people are very responsive and professional. We would not consider calling anyone else.

Very good experience. Professional and did what they promised. Actual cost was as per the estimate. They also organized pumping of the septic system before the repairs were done (USD 245). Their estimate was by far the least expensive. Will use them again and highly recommend them. Ferdinand was extremely pleasant to work with and manages his team very well.

We discovered failure of our existing septic field in March 2014 and called Kristman who responded immediately. Determination made that the existing septic field had failed and needed to be replaced (was 29 years old at the time). Kristman contacted the county and got a permit for the work. Finding a good location for the new field was difficult, 5 or 6 perc tests in different parts of the yard failed before one finally passed. During this time they kept us informed of the situation and various options. Once a perc test passed they designed the new system and sent me a copy and even followed up with a Q&A session. Getting the actual work done was difficult due to a lot of rain and snow storms, Kristman must have tried to start construction half a dozen times. They kept us informed as time went on. Finally in April 2015 the weather was good and work began. The Kristman workers were very polite and kept us informed as to what was going on. Took them 5 days to complete everything. They installed a new septic tank, a pump, about 300 feet of piping to the new field, and the new field itself. They even had to cut away a portion of a steep hill so that trucks with stone and sand could get up to the field location. Once the work was done the yard was a mess but they did a great job of putting it back in shape. It's now been almost a month since the work began and the yard is almost completely covered with lush green grass. When we received the invoice via email we were on vacation and not in a position to make payment, a call to Kristman resulted in an understanding we'd make payment when we returned from vacation. Very much appreciate their understanding. Would highly recommend Kristman for this type of work.

They are very good at explaining their trade and giving good advice for the future etc. I didn't know the total gallons of my system so I estimated wrong and they had to come back the next morning to finish as 4000 gallons is probably too much for most trucks. I think most trucks are 3000 gallon capacity. They came 7 am the next morning like they promised. Their price was less than what I paid before because of the new client discount. With discount $576 and in future should be $640. I was hoping to find a company that would always be a little less than I have paid in the past. However, their overall "A" score makes me glad I gave them a chance and I will use them in the future.

SERVICE MAN ARRIVED ON TIME. HIS TRUCK WAS CLEAN AND HAD THE APPROPIATE TOOLS ON ABOARD. SERVICE MAN WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT. HE ACTUALLY INTRODUCED HIMSELF, VERY UNUSUAL. HE DID A GREAT JOB, PUT EVERY THING BACK THE WAY IT WAS. HE WAS CAREFUL NOT TO HURT PLANTS THAT WERE NEAR BY THE SEPTIC TANK. HE BACKED HIS TRUCK UP OUR DRIVE WAY SO THAT HE WOULD NOT HAVE TO TURN AROUND ON OUR GRASS. OVERALL A FINE JOB. THIS IS A REAL NICE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEY OFFER A 10% DISCOUNT TO FIRST TIME USERS.

They were able to fit us in in an emergency. The gentleman who came to pump was extremely professional. Explained our options with regards to our septic system and immediately asked the office to follow up with a quote so we could start the process. They were very communicative and had an excellent price! My husband and I are both small business owners and this company is an example of how to keep your customers by keeping them happy. I would highly recommend them!

In a word, fantastic. Communication was excellent, and they kept me informed every step of the way. They touched base with me several times prior to my scheduled installation to ensure that I was not having issues. After they pumped the old tank, they determined that it was sound, and re-worked the design a bit to keep it in service, yet make it easy to remove it later. I have a bull valve so I can switch between old and new drain fields, too. There was a lot of thought that went in to their service, and I appreciate it. Guys on the site (Joe and Troy) were very friendly and willing to take a moment to explain what they were doing and the timeline anticipated. Evening deliveries of stone and removal of soil kept the timeline tight so the lawn was torn up for as short a time as possible.

Charlie Kristman came over to look at the work. He explained the options and got me a written estimate promptly. On the day scheduled for the work, his people showed up on time and worked efficiently. They had to dig through some plants and shrubbery, but they took great care to minimize the damage. After the lines were installed, they backfilled neatly and then cleaned up the area. I have used them before on larger projects and would definitely recommend them.
