Description of Work: Our location was too far from C M Kristman to make sense to use them and our plumbing/sewer job was not something they did regularly. Regardless, the owner, Elisa Kristman spent 15 minutes with me, counseling me on how to proceed. These people care and that is rare to find today. I will use them whenever possible and will wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: Put in a brand new septic system and raised leaching field. We were concerned because it was in our front yard and we were putting the house on the market in the spring 2016. They worked closely with us and it looked beautiful at completion. Highly recommended - you won't be disappointed! It was pricey, but in line with other bids. Excellent customer service!

Description of Work: Kristman did a very good job removing and replacing the old entire septic system, strictly following the Delaware permit provisions. They were very good in keeping in contact before and during installation. The contract included a time and materials provision because there were significant unknowns - many of which cropped up requiring quite a bit more work. A detailed listing of work done and costs were provided, but it is really hard to determie how competitive the cost was. There were a number of depressions that were apparent the Winter after instalation, and Kristman returned in the Spring to fill and seed the depressions.

Description of Work: Typical pump out and filter cleaning. 1000 gal tank. I have used Kristman over the years and never had a problem. Same driver for the past 2 pump outs. After filling in the covers he replaces the grass and you can hardly tell he was there.
