After firing the first company Blue Cord was able to come out the next day and do the work. We originally hired Bradley to remove some overgrowth in our back yard. He exceeded our expectations by not only removing all of the overgrowth but also grading and seeding the area that he cut back. Professional and complete work.

We had an urgent job with a large broken tree branch in our front yard. We also had 3 tree stumps requiring removal, but we delayed removal because of fear the equipment would damage our lawn. Blue Cord has light equipment that removed the stumps without damaging our ground. Highly satisfied with the end results.

I needed to aerate and reseed my lawn, and I wanted a higher quality job versus the big name lawn fertilizing companies used previously. From the first phone call with Bradley, his knowledge gave me confidence. My lawn has a section with a steep slope that is difficult to aerate with a walk-behind aerator. Bradley's equipment handled it with ease. Trust me, this aeration and seeding job was 300% better then the other guys, and at the same price! I have worked with many contractors, but Bradley is head and shoulders above them all. He knows his job and uses state-of-the-art equipment to accomplish the desired outcome. He performed landscaping work in three areas of my yard. One was removing bushes, stumps, trees, and various plants to correct a drainage problem in the front yard. Another was to remove a portion of a perennial bed and create a small vegetable garden which he rototilled and left ready for planting. The third was to grass over an area along a stream that was a mass of forsythia and tree stumps and weeds. Each area was left beautifully blended into the surrounding lawn and seeded. It is rare to find a company with such exceptional workmanship, integrity, who is very meticulous and detail-oriented, and looking for input from his customer to assure they are satisfied. I am one happy customer!

Bradley was great to work with. He returned my initial call promptly and was able to give me an aeration quote over the phone. He arrived on time and did the aeration. His Ventrac machine is very impressive and I m confident that we chose the best method of aeration. Bradley provided information about the machine as well as videos of it in action even before he arrived. You can tell he has educated himself and feels strongly about the Ventrac machine and it s superiority. His price was reasonable for the work done. Although it s too soon to tell if the aeration has done any good, we re very happy customers so far! I d recommend Bradley and Blue Cord to anyone.
