Well fiction is fun. The fence was destroyed. No amount of love or adjustment could do it justice. It was at least 40 years old and all out of wack. I gave her an estimate as a courtesy to fix it and it was conservative at that. I tried to meet her several times and finally went there myself. When I spoke with her I told her of the problems and how to fix them and she said " do just what was in the 99 dollar special". I told her that the special wouldn't really make a difference because she needed more work which was not covered. She had loose poles, bent poles, to wide of a gap for her gates and no adjustment would make them fit, fence grown into the ground which was totally pulled away from the poles. This was years of abuse and couldn't be fixed for 99 dollars. I also stated that I would do what I could for the 99 dollar deal but was leaving for a 10 day vacation and would have to get to it when I returned. I guess she got impatient and got a refund and left a bad review. To potential customers. Please consider the scope of work you may need before you buy the 99 dollar deal. I don't want the money if it won't do what needs to be done. Call me to set up a free estimate and we can solve any problems. This woman was sore because she thought 99 dollars would solve 40 years of neglect. I'm sorry but I am not a wizard and can not work magic on fencing.
