I found them on Angie's List. It was a little expensive. It was wonderful. I had tried to find places that would clean the tile in our new home. It was in bad shape; it is about thirty years old. No one was returning my calls. I called ServiceMaster and within minutes the owner called. He said that he would have somebody call me first thing in the morning. Somebody called me on Monday morning 8 o' clock. I just love that service. The service representative came out that week. He was on time, and he looked at it and did the whole thing. He worked at it for a couple of hours. He stripped it and scrubbed it. I paid him and gave him a check. I looked down and the tile had this white film on it. He made a couple of phone calls about it. He called the manufacturer of the sealant that he used. We didn't know if it was the tile because of how it was in such bad shape or if it was the sealant. Somebody came over and handed me back the check and said that he can't take this money because it is not right. I was blown away. We don’t get that kind of service anymore. He was there for hours. He said that he will come back the next day and that he will bring a different sealant. He came back the next day and he redid it. It's beautiful, and it looks a hundred times better than when he walked in. It's great and now I was able to give him the check. With regard to price, they told me they were more expensive. He said that right up front. But they were worth it. He could have said it's not my fault, but he was determined he was going to fix it.
