It went great! We haven't had any more issues thus far.

Chris is my go to guy for most services. He is not the easiest to get a hold of but he does good work. I think he works alone, so his answering service queues up his appointments and it seems to get very busy. So the grades on professionalism punctuality and responsiveness are B's because he does not follow up all the time after initial contact, sometimes he does not call back when he says he will. He was a no show no call, because our part did not come in, but he did not call to tell us that so we were just waiting. We called him the next day, he called us the following day and came right over...so if you are flexible his work is always good, his schedule is just a bit heavy. But I never have an issue with any repair after he fixes it. So I keep calling him and recommending him with the schedule disclaimer.

He was great. He was very thorough and nice. He came when he said he would come. We just decided to go with another company, mainly because they were national, and he was a local in this case

This is a wonderful family owned and operated business. Mr. Hansen was a very helpful and honest man! He personally fixed my heating system after I told him I was uncomfortable with strangers in my house. He made everything very smooth for me, even showing me what I can do in the future to avoid having to call him, he said he didn't want me to spend more money then I had to. There is not enough space on here to write all the wonderful things I have to say. I would defenitly reccomend this company to anybody looking for great, honest service!
