A J CLEANING

They were about an hour to hour and half late. We actually had other contractors in the house at the time that were completely gone from the upstairs, but willing to work around the cleaners. The cleaners, however, were not willing to work around the contractors. The cleaners moved through cleaning the entire home so quickly, and after I inspected everything once they left, the entire job was not done to their advertisement at all. They didn't wipe out any cabinets. I have spent hours re-scrubbing baseboards to correct the poor work they did. The bedroom carpets still had dust and stains in the corners and behind the doors. They completely didn't even clean one of our bathrooms. I paid for a service, even paid extra to have the baseboards done, and I am having to redo everything they were supposed to do. The actual cleaners were pleasant, but the boss was unprofessional and they seemed rushed, like they couldn't wait to leave.

One day when they were here with the vacuum, I asked him to clean the couch, he started dusting the top of it, I told him to take the cushions off and he said he doesn?t do it that way. He finally cleaned it the way I wanted him to, but I had to watch him the whole time.
