I telephoned the company the first time in June asking for an estimate. They scheduled a date the next week. They did not show up and did not call. I called again a week later to reschedule. They did not show up a second time and did not call. I called and rescheduled a week later. This time they showed up. The gentleman was friendly and gave us a comparable estimate to the other contractor estimates. Once we sent in one half of the estimate, we scheduled a date for completion of the roofing job. He was to start August 2. He did not show up or call. A week later I called to see when he would be there. They gave me another date a few weeks out. We had a lot of rain through early summer, so they stated he was extremely backed up. He did not show up for the second start date. I called again another week later and stated that if he did not want to do the job to refund our money. Most times I did not get a return call when leaving messages. I usually ended up calling back to leave more messages. They finally gave me a start date for late August. They did show up when scheduled. The job was completed in one day with no evident problems. However, they arrived and left the day of the project without ever coming to the door to speak to anyone. I had to call the office the next day to see if the job was completed. I had a second smaller project I requested when the estimate was given, but it must not have been marked down, so it was forgotten and not done. Upon inspecting the roof job when it was finished, it looked good. I have no complaints, other than the company does not respond to telephone calls well or arrive on scheduled days. If they would have called prior to the appointment with a reason and requested a reschedule date, it would have been more professional. But aside from that, the work was done quickly and seems to be done right. So far, we have had no more leaks.
