Northeast Home Improvement is a professional, competent, general contractor who has worked for us before. We first used NHI to re-side our home and install a window about two years ago. They gave us a good quote, came the day they said they would, and worked throughout the day every day until the work was completed. Even our neighbors commented about their work ethic and professionalism while they were outside our house. When we decided to do the bathroom, we didn't get quotes because we knew that Steve Slawski, the owner, would give us a fair price for the work to be done. Again, the price quoted was the price he did the work for and it was less than we imagined it would be. Steve communicated with me every step of the way and listened to me. After we got the initial quote for the main bath, we asked if he would consider replacing the shower stall in the Master bath and again he performed miracles with that piece of work. The shower stall was not standard, so we had to have the whole stall tiled and a special shower door had to be ordered. Even with the roadblocks and extra work, the quality of the work was second to none. Everyone to a person was patient, communicative, and pleasant. The work ethic of everyone involved is excellent! They come at the beginning of the day and stay until the work is done. I did not hesitate to leave them at the house while I worked, they are above reproach, very trustworthy. I can not recommend them enough.
