It went very well. When they saw the damage, they had a company come in the next day. The company cleaned up the damage and prevented future damage by tearing up rugs and drying up the house. They brought in their adjuster and he took notes and pictures of the damage. He was very thorough in his work and found many items I would have never known to claim. He met with the insurance company adjuster and came out with a fair settlement. They also handled dealing with the mortgage company to get payment released. They made home mishap easier to deal with and got adequate funds to repair the damage. I would recommend them to look over your insurance coverage to make sure you have proper coverage. This is down by at no charge. It will also help you in the long run, because you will have the proper coverage if something goes wrong.
Description of Work: Had water damage in house due to accidental discharge of water. They came in and let us know if our insurance would cover it and let us know if it would beneficial for us to use our insurance. They did not charge and if there wasn't a claim there still was no charge. They also looked at our insurance policy and let us know what our policy was lacking in coverage.

We all know our lives are busy enough as it is. Adding unexpected events like damage to your home doesn't help. Knowing that someone is there to handle things and look out for your best interest gives you the relief you need to continue about your life as close to normal as possible!

After settling with our insurance company , I contacted Metro, as I felt that we were not reimbursed fully for our water damage. (Insurance company never sent an appraiser to our home, they relied on the water mitigation company's word.) Metro was able to work with our insurance company to get us more than double of the original settlement.
Description of Work: Explained the provisions of our homeowner's policy and allowed us to recover what was due .
