JACOBY EXCAVATING

The owner kept hanging up on me. They didn't come back to regrade. I now get large masses of water that accumulate everytime it rains. Mr. Jacoby claims that he had sent people out and claimed there was no standing water, when there obviously was.

In the middle of attempting to purchase a house I needed the well located. My realtor called Jacoby multiple times and no call was returned. I called for an estimate for some excavating on the property I was attempting to purchase. The company owner came to the property the same day (Monday). I was told I would recieve an estimate by fax the next day or maybe Wednesday. On Wednesday I started calling and spoke to the owner 5 times Wednesday and Thursday. THe owner kept telling me he would get the estimate faxed, he was heading back to his office....the story was always the same. After the fifth call he did provide a verbal estimate over the phone. Unfortunately the seller of the property requested a written estimate for a price reduction. The fax never came and the following week my real estate agent called again only to hear from the owner's wife saying he was in Canada for the week. The owner eventually called my realtor back, saying that I had never actually requested anything in writing but that he would try to get something sent out. I never received a written estimate.

The ground water from the mountain behind our house was backing into the septic through the distribution field. Jacoby's crew dug a drain for the lot, repaired and sealed tank,then excavated a new field. Six full days in Jan. mud. Great workers, best results, Most importantly they responded and did what they promised. Atleast 6 other company's would not return calls or return to do the work after saying they would.Thank you Kenny and crew.
