He provided different options price estimates for what I needed. His price was much more reasonable than the other two quotes I received. He came to my house on the date and time we scheduled, installed the heater and faucets, and cleaned up the areas he worked in.

Owner came over, kept saying how simple the work is and that I should be able to do this myself. Very arrogant. He had absolutely no interest in doing the work - it was obvious. Anyways, he told me he would call me in 5 days to let me know how his schedule looked. He never called - I had to call him back twice to get a return phone call. He then told me he was in the middle of replacing 4 furnaces and 2 remodels and that he was booked until June. He then told me to call someone named Aaron, but did not have his number and he hung up.
