He was prompt and found the problem that was not allowing the gas furnace to operate and fixed it. he checked to make sure it was working correctly and only charged me for the service call. He explained how to check and read the error codes for the future.
Description of Work: Checked the upstairs forced air gas furnace, explained the error codes to me and found a loose electrical connection which wasn't letting the igniter to start the gas furnace. then he made sure the furnace started a few times insuring that was the only problem.

Excellent service. The repair man, Keith, was able to arrive within a couple hours after contacting him. He was courteous and very knowledgeable - a true professional. He quickly determined the issue with my gas heating system which needed a new part, which had something to do with the ignition. He had to leave to go get the new part from some place in Pittston, but was back in a couple hours. Once back, it only took him a few minutes to install the new part and have the system back up and running again. Thank you Keith! The man saved the day:)
