Working with this company was great. Especially Lenny, who came out for an estimate of a larger job, which ended up being a much smaller one. He was great to work with, very friendly, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing, each step along the way. For any plumbing needs, I would not hesitate to call on Lenny and Luton's again.

It went great. The 2 workers were here about 4 hours. They were very professional. Explained everything they had to do.

When my heat stopped working I called Luton's Plumbing and Heating. I had to call them twice to see if they were going to actually come. My heat had dropped to 51 degrees in the house. They arrived within 5 hours of calling. The technician immediately located the problem: a bad tank on my hot water baseboard heat. He said that it was not an expensive fix ($40). He had one in the truck. He later decided he needed to replace two air bleeders and one dial. He replaced them and bled the lines. This took two hours. After he left I noticed I had no hot water. I had to call them back to find out why. Apparently the tech forgot to flip a and quot;priorityand quot; switch. I said I could do this myself and removed the cover from the box and flipped the switch. The hot water was back in 20 minutes. My heat is working fine now. The bill was $395, a bit of a shock, but much better than replacing the furnace.

We had a wonderful experience with this company! They were completely professional, extremely friendly and were very patient answering our questions. An immediate appointment was made right after my phone call. Mike the house plumber came on time - he even called us as he left the office so we knew when to expect him. He couldn't have been more personable, easy going and nice... yet he was very experienced and knowlegeable, deftly working on our kitchen faucet and the pipes underneath. Mile thoroughly explained everything he did and why he was replacing a pipe segment or a part. He checked all our fittings, pipes, connections and parts to make sure everything was correctly fixed before he left and tested the faucet numerous times. He made recommendations on how to keep it running smoothly in the future. He spent almost two hours on our repair; we felt the price was very reasonable for the work he did. We will definitely use Luton's in the future! In fact, we have them scheduled to come again in early August to install a new hot water tank and also repair our outside water line and spigot. They schedule the appontment at your convenience and are prompt and very courteous. You will NOT be disapponted dealing with such great professionals!

We don't live in the home with the repairs. When we came to the house (mobile home) we had issues and we called them and they came promply. We didn't have to wait very long. All the issues listed above we had the same experience.
