+ -1 moreThis contractor comes off as a nice, trustworthy guy.........even did a few jobs for me and that went well. Contractor then asked me if I would be interested in helping him out with some computer work in exchange for handyman work. Being a single mother I thought that would be perfect. Well the contractor threw a ton of work at me the first three weeks while all along telling me he would do whatever jobs I needed done around my house so get me list ready. Long story short, once I got his jobs done he refused to return my phone calls. I have emails telling me what an awesome job I did from him so I know my quality of work was acceptable! After asking around town I found out that this is his M.O. He prays upon and takes advantage of single women. So beware of Pete Jansens from Adaptable Builders, he is a talented con artist!!!!
