 + -1 moreCame to my house, installed the refrigerator that I'd purchased through them, failed to check the water line. Leaked for hours causing considerable damage and inconvenience and then they failed to take ownership for what they did. I'd used them several times in the past and been happy with them, I'd steered business their way. Its unfortunate that when they made such an easily avoidable error they chose to lie about what they did. Lying I detest. I suggest avoiding this company at all costs. When things go wrong they will not do the right thing.

 + 0 moreThey said my television couldn't be fixed. I asked for it back and they couldn't find it. It took them seven days. They replaced the new part that I put in with a faulty part. I ended up buying a TV from them anyway. I had purchased the new one before they found the old one. I would have returned it, but it was to much of a process. I was pretty dissatisfied with their service and I won't be using them again.
Description of Work: I have used Voss TV & Appliance. I used them for TV repair. I also purchased a TV from them.
