Mr. Gallegor was prompt in returning our call to schedule and appointment. He was thorough in his investigating our house from top to bottom. He even found a bee infestation I had not noticed. After reviewing the situation, he left the supplies we needed to catch our pest. He was also available for follow contact by email and phone to answer questions I had after the consultation.

I called the pest control company on 7/30/2013 in the late morning and they were able to come on the same day in the late afternoon. The man looked at the problem, gave me a price, and immediately took care of it. He was extremely professional and took care of the problem in a matter of minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I used them in last summer; I had mice in my cellar and wagon. He had done some work for my son, and so he came here and took care of my problem. He had been here twice and he is sprayed so often. So we go by the word of mouth. They are very friendly and very professional. They know their job; they know how to get rid of pests and where you are likely to find them. They came when they said they were going to be here, which is important, so they arrived on time. And they were quick to respond, and you don’t want to wait 3 months to have the lofts disappear. I have used them again for tons of occasion. Well, the mice went away so the quality was good.

Bill Gallegor was very professional and polite. He took time to look around to determine the best way to treat my problem that had been treated a few years ago by another company. He completed contract and renewal information. Renewals are $100/year until the third year when the price may go up. He was treating for termites and ants. The prior company I dealt with said they could not treat for both at once and would come back, they never did. The treatment for ants was topical around the outside of the house during the rainiest season Pittsburgh has seen in a while. so a second treatment may be necessary. He said to give it two weeks and he would come back if I'm still seeing ants. I was pleased with his service and feel confident I'll be able to depend on him for the renewals and annual inspections. My neighbor told me about Allegheny Pest Control and her house was treated the same day as mine. Bill spent about about six hours between the two houses.

Worked very well. We found dead stink bugs on the ground within hours. We're still finding dead bugs. The service worked!
