Thank goodness for Angie's List, but I joined the list a little too late to avoid this scam. Had I looked at Angie's List first, I obviously wouldn't have wasted my time or money. Shocking to see that my suspicion was correct and this "company" is probably just an online fraud for a kid to make a few bucks off Groupon. I really hope the BBB catches up with this. Agree completely with other posters on the List. I had two appointments and no one showed up for either. The first one, I called Julian who was actually very apologetic. He seemed like a bit of an air-head, saying he should have called when he knew he wasn't coming, but he just didn't think of it and was trying to get better about customer service. I thought that was odd...is this a business or a 10 year old with a lemonade stand...but I gave him another chance. Big mistake. My husband and I spent a gorgeous Saturday afternoon waiting for Julian instead of enjoying our day out and about. Julian never showed up, never called, and never returned our call. I have never had a bad service experience like this since I moved to Pittsburgh 10 years ago. It isn't just bad service, I really think it is a scam. My advice to others is this. If you have a Groupon for this "company," don't use it. Groupon will refund your money if you refer them to these reviews. Julian will not show up and I don't want you to waste your time as the rest of us here have. If you are like me and already got "screwed," don't think you simply lost that Groupon money. Groupon is a good business. They try to avoid scam artist like this, and they will refund your money to try to make it right. Not that getting my $50 back makes up for two days of my wasted time, but it helps a little bit.

Groupon was purchased. Appointment was scheduled. Day of appointment nobody showed up or called. Multiple phone calls went unanswered, and messages were never returned. The entire "business" is a sham. There is no actual business, no business location, and no mailing address. "Seasons Pittsburgh" is a single sketchy twenty-something named Julian McCommons with a web site and lots of phone numbers that go directly to voicemail or are disconnected. This kid is a "bro", not a "pro". You'd have better odds of success buying a handful of scratch-off lottery tickets with the money. He also operates under the names "Under Pressure" and "Seasons Window".

I purchased a Groupon in March 2013 and scheduled the first available appointment in April. The April appointment came and went and no one from the company showed up. They did not call, email, or otherwise inform us that they were not going to be there. We called the number provided on the Groupon (full voicemail box - gee, I wonder why!) and the number on the company's website (no answer). Stupidly, we rescheduled for 5/11/13 using the "convenient online scheduling tool" for a second time. This appointment was cancelled 2 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time - via email, so it's great that I have email on my phone, otherwise I may not have known. In essence, we're out $29.00 and 2 Saturdays worth of time spent waiting for these idiots to show up. I've reported them to the BBB, Groupon, and, obviously here as well. Extremely unprofessional. We'll be taking our business (and the business of others in our housing development) to another company, recommended highly on Angie's List. An "F" isn' t a low enough grade in our opinion.

There is NOW WAY I would ever use your company again. You called and cancelled the day of the Saturday appointment and rescheduled for the Tueday after. Then you once again did not show even after a confirmation email. This time you did not call to cancel you just didn't show up. I left you repeated unreturned messages at the home number (the cell mailbox was full...hmmm I wonder why?). I reported to groupon and the refunded my money. I was even going to add services. I found another company who has been wonderful to work with through groupon and even gave them extra business. I also have left a review for you on Angie's list. Your company is very unprofessional!!! This is the email I sent after numerous unreturned calls! Do not use this company especially with a groupon. They will just take your money and run!

Would not pick this company. Won't even return phone calls

First, I purchased the Groupon deal, which I was very excited about! This is a great price, after all. I clicked the link on Groupon that said "To make your appointment, click here:" I clicked, made my appointment, and went happily about my day. The following week, my appointment time came and went, and there were no window people to speak of. I called the number and it went to some guy's voicemail. I had cancelled my classes in order to be present at the time of service, so this made me mad. I waited and called back an hour later. A man answered, "Hello?" and he sounded annoyed. I asked if I was speaking to Seasons Pittsburgh and he said "Yes." I told him my problem, and he said "We posted on the website that we won't be making our morning rounds until 9:30 now, not 8a.m." He was very polite about this, but the problem is that Groupon didn't take me to the website where I would have seen that notice. Also, if you're not taking 8a.m. appointments, don't take 8a.m. appointments!!! He said they would be at the house around 1p.m! So it wasn't even the 9:30 time, like he said it would be thirty seconds before. He was, I will say, very polite about the whole thing, though not at all apologetic. So, the people showed up and seemed to be cleaning the windows with no problem. They were nice! Great! Until they left before finishing the house!!! They left three windows unwashed and the windows they had washed were all streaked like crazy! I called the number and the same guy answered. Again, he was super polite and said he would make sure someone got back to the house to finish. It's now 6p.m., dark, and no one ever came back or called. Either way, I would never hire this company again, even if it was $29! I guess you get what you pay for. So, it's a week later and I called twice and left messages explaining my situation. No one ever called me back or returned to my house. If I were you, I would stay well away from this company. A total ripoff. I can't even get a refund because they won't contact me. Stay away!
