Along with being locally owned, all of our replacement window installers are full-time employees, they install our replacement windows, patio doors, and entry doors for us every day for 52 weeks a year. We also make your purchase easy by providing energy efficient products, the best interest free financing in the industry, and exceptional installation and service. We strive to be the best window contractor, because we believe it is all about helping people.
"Our new bath and shower is beautiful. Caulking could be a little neater/nicer but fine. We waited the full 24 hours for drying and began to use it. The day after we started using it we found a wet spot on our dining room ceiling under the tub/shower. We called West Shore and they had somebody out within two hours to stop and fix the leaking. West Shore made arrangements for the ceiling to be repaired on a Saturday so we would not miss any more time from work. I asked for the local manager to give me a call and no one has communicated with us. I appreciate that the problem has been fixed but the trust is gone. Are we going to have further problems? I feel as if the company needs to make things right with us and keep the promises of trust and quality we were given during the sales pitch."
