I had a mold remediation done and contacted Swaskoski Solutions for an inspection of water damage. Bill came out the next day and inspected everything and informed me an interior french drain was the solution to my problem. Bill and his crew showed up on time and worked all day, kept me in the loop with everything, and made it a point to answer any and all questions I had. They did the whole job end to end in 1 1/2 working days. He and his crew are top notch in not only the customer service, but the work itself is very clean and looks incredible. I wouldn't wish for anyone to need this service, and I truly hope you never do. But if you do, contact Bill and his company. They get the job done right, are very fair in pricing, and are very good at doing the work itself.

Crew showed up when scheduled and completed work in a day and a half. Sump pump installation was difficult due to poor access to basement but was still completed on time.

The one sentence review here is, Bill and his team give me all the information I needed, did efficient work and the price was extremely fair. Now for some more specific detail. My garage abuts a sloping backyard that acts as magnet for the entire neighborhood's water run off during heavy storms. The prior owners never correctly addressed this issue, opting for temporary (aka cheaper) solutions which ultimately ended in the need for wall anchors and allowing rain water into my house. Doing an initial walk thru, Bill immediately identified the improper solution that was allowing water into my garage and storage area. We talked thru what would be needed to get it done right, and set a future date to get the work done on the French drain and sump pump. On the day of the job, his team came to the house, tarped my personal belongs off to ensure their safety, introduced themselves, were kind and courteous, and as quite as a job requiring a jackhammer could be. They even let my boys watch from a safe distance in my driveway, as they were curious about the work being done, again just going above and beyond on the little things. I can't recommend this company enough, and the only way they could improve is find a way to make 10 more companies like themselves.

I spent some time thinking about how to write the perfect review. Swaskoski Solutions certainly deserves one! A friend recommended them after I had received bids from just about every major waterproofing company in the Pittsburgh area. Swaskoski bid the job at much less than the competition. MUCH less. After searching around, I could not find a single bad review regarding this company, and there are plenty of reviews out there. All were positive. I hired Swaskoski for the job, and the results were absolutely perfect. How else can I describe the experience? They were clean, professional and definitely know what they are doing. Bill and his crew are easy going and completely trustworthy. My job consisted of an exterior drain system, an interior pressure relief system and installation of a sump pump. All work was done as promised and is absolutely flawless. All I can say is do your research and make sure you have Swaskoski bid your job before you commit to anyone else. If you do so this is the company that will perform your work.

Bill was very professional and ready to install our new sump pump the day of calling him. The old sump pump was filled with various debris, probably from over the years of neglect. He diligently cleaned out the area of debris in a short amount of time, installed the new sump pump, and even was nice enough to get the dirt cleaned up off of our floor. Very reasonable rates and we plan on doing business with him in the near future!

They installed sump pump and interior drainage system quickly and professionally. The workers clearly had a lot of experience and worked seemlessly. They also discovered a downspout/ drain line problem that they corrected for me. I would hire them again.
