Bill and his workerâ s inspected my water leaking issue in my basement, determined that it was the clogged downspout and possible clogged pipes outside the home via a camera. They were very detailed, efficient, timely, polite and neat. I couldnâ t be more pleased and am so appreciative of the good work that was done!

Swaskoski installed a French drain in our basement. Amazing company, great customer service. Smaller company mentality did not waste time with items we did not need. They wanted the job to be done correctly and were not cutting any corners. We were asked if we would be willing to take down the hearth on our fireplace ourselves, to save costs, to which we accepted. No other company recommended that we have the French drain run under our fireplace. Swaskoski completed the job when they said they would and cleaned up very well. We were in the middle of a remodel of our basement, to which they even took some items that we were going to take to the landfill. Thanks so much for the business! Highly recommended.

I have been fighting a leaking basement for years and have tried multiple approaches to eliminate the problem to save money . Unfortunately, none of my home remedies worked so after the monsoons we had this past summer I had to get this problem resolved. I went to Home Advisor to find a waterproofing solution and secured multiple quotes for my project. I chose Swaskoski Solutions because he was on time for the original appointment, his presentation simple and easy to understand (compared to others), very willing to consider different strategies on how to complete the work. He was very patient in answering all my questions and he was the most competitively priced with all that was included in his quote. The final challenge in this project is that I have a finished game room where the wall that leaked was located. Bill advised me how to do the demo to expose the 40 foot wall that needed attention (which saved me money) again very patient with all my questions. When my part was done a start date was set, again he arrived on schedule, spent time covering the floors and entrance way to eliminate and dirt and damage. The entire project took a day and half from start to finish. His team was most polite and accommodating, the equipment he used really did keep dust and dirt to bare minimum. When done, everything was cleaned and swept (actually I think cleaner than when they started) and I am confident when seeing how the work was done that this is the last time, I will ever see water in my game room again. I would recommend Bill's company to anyone who has a water problem!! He really did earn his 5 star rating!

They installed French drains in my entire basement and a sump pump. They are very friendly and honest, explains to everything that they are doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Bill the owner comes to your house for the initial consultation and gives you and estimate on what needs to be done. Not like the big companies that send a sales representative.

I was referred to Swaskoski Solutions by a friend who had hired Bill and his team for her own waterproofing project. After becoming super frustrated with the lack of responses from multiple other water proofing contractors and the rapid increase in rainfall, I had given up all hope. However, this company was different from all the others. Bill was prompt and scheduled my estimate the day I called him. Keep in mind this was around one of the days where the city of Pittsburgh was flooded with heavy rains. Bill was super helpful at explaining the estimate to me and what work would be done. When Bill said he was going to show up, he showed up. Unlike other companies I had contacted. He was quick to respond to my calls or messages with questions about my project. Pricing was amazing for the work put into my home. Bill followed up with me after the work was done to show me pictures of the work as it was being completed and explained what was done. I am super satisfied with this company s work and am definitely recommending them to anyone who is having water issues in their home.
