We were getting water backed up into our basement. Bill diagnosed the issue easily and fixed our gutters and drainage piling. He was meticulous to detail, super knowledgeable, and although he had to excavate our yard, he left it in a beautiful state where we could immediately plant grass. 10/10!

Bill and his team were great! We had an emergency situation and called on a Sunday morning. Bill came out on a Sunday and got us some temporary relief. Then he and his team came back on Monday am and got our permanent solution started. These guys are fantastic!

Highly recommend Bill and his crew for any water infiltration issues they did an outstanding job installing an interior French drain/sump pump and rerouting 2 downspouts to and installed a box drain. Bill and his team were fast, responsive, and did a great job installing two sump pumps for a large basement. They were also very respectful/careful about moving things around in the work area, and then cleaning up when done.

I have been dealing with water coming in my basement since 1996 when I purchased my home. I have hesitated hiring the big waterproofing companies as they are so expensive (in the thousands of dollars) and they typically receive bad reviews. When I saw Swaskoski Solutions on Angi's List, I noted they had excellent reviews and were a locally owned company where the owner, Bill, is present on the jobs. I called the phone number and Bill promptly answered my call! Bill scheduled a visit to my home and studied my dilemma. He told me he could fix this water issue for me and could do this from the outside of my home. He quoted me a price that was a fraction of the cost of the other big water companies where you never see the owner. Bill is a wonderful communicator answering my questions and he and his team were on time and worked diligently and solved my water dilemma! After digging along the foundation, they found 3 holes in the block where water was entering my home! They repaired these holes with hydraulic cement and then tarred the foundation! My water dilemma is now solved for the first time in 27 years. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill - Swaskoski Solutions. They were extremely respectful of my property and very trustworthy. Bill installed a gravel foundation for a new shed I have arriving soon. I have not had great experiences with local residential contractors but I cannot say that about Bill. He answers his phone, shows up on time and does quality work for a fair price. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone.

Bill and his team did a great job making our basement a more livable space. They got done earlier than expected and left the space clean. We are looking forward to many more years of additional square footage added to our home.

The guys did a great job. Arrived promptly, installed a sump pump quickly and efficiently, clean out a clogged downspout and cleaned up all work areas afterwards. Solved my problem of water seeping into my garage. It’s been dry as a bone since.

Bill and his 2 coworkers did excellent work clearing downspouts with camera inspection and installing overflow mechanism into ground where downspout ends. They also filled cracks around front porch steps to prevent water draining into basement with expanding filler and cement. This work was done at an extremely reasonable charge and Bill and his crew could not have been any easier to deal with. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done. I highly recommend Swaskoski Solutions: They installed an interior foundation drain for us. Bill was great to work with, as were all of the workers on site - they were extremely professional, cleaned up the area and left it is very good conditions. In fact, we had some storm water issues and they went over and above what we would have expected.

I had major water puddling in two different areas bill and his team came in removing layers of mud and layed down mixture of gravels to help improve drainage. I waited a year to do this review to make sure the work held up because I wanted to make sure it was quality it looks like it was done day one a year later!

This was not only waterproofing inspection. Bill evaluated a botched job by another company and I decided to hire him to redo the entire basement. There was only a small difference in price and the first company sent two young men who â finishedâ in 5 hours. Bill was doing the work himself (with two helpers) and it took three and a half days. He takes significant pride in his work and it shows. I knew it from the minute he came to look at it. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my momâ s questions (she was visiting) without rushing her. He does impecable work and he is extremely detail oriented. They covered everything and cleaned up so well that it was cleaner than before they were there. Bill is personable and approachable. I recommend Him enthusiastically and without reservation. In fact, my mom (who is the pickiest person I know, seriously) hired him after closely examining my basement. I doubt anyone can do a better job than Bill.

Bill and his workers were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, polite and were able to determine why and where my water issue in my basement originated from via a camera.
