Swaskoski Solutions did an excellent job through every step of my waterproofing needs. Beginning with the initial consultation, where unlike the competitors who sent sales reps, I met with the owner, Bill Swaskoski, who evaluated my needs and provided a detailed estimate. Bill made himself available for follow-up questions and was extremely patient while I learned how the process worked. The job was scheduled and completed within my requested timeframe. Billâ s polite and knowledgeable team worked diligently and efficiently, with thorough cleanup at the end of each day. When I needed last minute work outside the scope of the original job, Bill was able to assess the situation and provide a creative, cost effective solution that was able to be executed along with the other work being completed. Bill was on-site daily, even meeting with my contractor to make necessary accommodations for future work I have planned for the space. Swaskoski Solutions not only provided the best price and quality work, I feel I could not have gotten more personal service from any other company.

The owner Bill Swaskoski called the next day after I requested quotes through Home Advisor. He came by the following day to quote and thoroughly explain the job. I had five contractors look at the job. Bill's price was not the lowest but seemed reasonsble for the work to be performed. He and his crew showed up promptly on the date agreed to and finished the job ahead of schedule in four days.

My house is a hundred years old and I had water coming in on all four sides. Bill and his team came in and installed an interior french drain system on each wall. They were done in two days. Bill and his team are very good. I had water coming in my basement and they ran 50 foot of french drain and a sump pump in a day! They also cleaned up. Bill works with his crew and was very professional and price was very reasonable.

Bill is good people who is also good at his job. He did a thorough inspection of the issue to assess every possible contributing factor before making suggestions. He answered any questions, sometimes multiple times for those of us with zero experience with the process, and explained everything in simple-to-understand language. He and his team were incredibly efficient and friendly - they are dog people which is huge for me - and careful to keep things tidy and clean up the area of the majority of the debris (dust in an unfinished basement is pervasive before anyone starts digging, so I wasn’t expecting shining floors.) Bill personally followed up in the days following completion of the process.
