Its just great. The fence, I can open that back door and the dog is in the fence. We have a huge back yard and its a huge fence. We were very satisfied with it. WE didn't do any price comparison we just did it. So I am not sure if the price is reasonable or not, it seemed reasonable to us. They were recommended to us by our neighbor. I would use them again if we were having a new fence put in. I don't know about the repairing part. They only have on guy and he did it all in a couple days, 2 or 3 days. He had a radio that he like blasted all over the place. He did a real good job, everything is fine with the fence. Everything has been real good.

It went well, finished in one day except the wholesaler shorted the order one rail and one post. The company finished the job as soon as they received the missing parts. They were very conscientious about following my explicit directions.

This company is fantastic! They came out in three weeks and installed the posts and then cam two days later on a Saturday and hung the gate and fence itself. They paid expert attention to detail and even cleaned up debris in the yard that wasn't their fault. Definitely the best fencing company out there.

We are very happy with the final result. See the photos. This was not a big job, merely fencing in a small back yard between the house and detached garage. Total cost was $3326, and in the photos you can see what they did. The main goal was to keep the little dog in the picture in the yard, and the fence does that. I only have one complaint: we paid our deposit in July, and were warned that the fence would not be built until September, which was fine with us. However, the fence was not actually built until early November- and I had to contact them to see what the hold-up was. I think that at least they should have contacted us to let us know there would be a further delay. That being said, the contact that we did have was polite and apologetic. Overall, I'd still do business with them again.

Professional work, friendly people. This was the third time we have used North American Fence for enclosing another section of our property. We are pleased at how smoothly the job went and the quality of the installation - again. We highly recommend this company.

I hate writing reviews like this, but I have to call out companies on best practices, especially when it comes to customer service and wasting my time. How does the old saying go, true quality is what happens when no one is looking? Not the case here as you will read. So I found this firm through the American Fence Association. They were initially courteous and responsive when I emailed them to setup an estimate. I responded explaining I already have the estate gate I want installed in my possession and I simply need someone qualified to come install the post, level it, and install 2 mounting plates. Probably all of 2 partial days? work, at that. I?m reasonable and TOTALLY get that?s it?s a small project, and I was willing to pay something of a premium for their time alone. I also understand that it?s my supplied product (which by the way carries a 25 year manufactures warranty AND they know it?s a very good one ? most of their lines carry a 5 year warren, you be the judge). BUT, this is where I call the TOTAL bluff and why I am taking the time to write this. Their website states they service ALL types of fences. HHHHMMMMM?this would seem to pose a paradox, how can you service all, but only selectively service what you want to benefit your operation alone? Their regretful response followed suite of the atypical, unprofessional contractor, which entailed that cop-out stating something to the affect that ?we only work with OUR product lines?. BALONEY! In other words, you are skilled enough to install it (c?mon, a fence is a fence is a fence), but you?d rather rip me off by marking up a lesser quality product from China that you sell versus my top of the line U.S. product? That?s fine, I will look elsewhere for a QUALITY installer that doesn?t mind working with me on labor only, OR MORE IMPORTANTLY, being ethical and taking care of our short term needs in order to obtain our and our families business for the long run, which would have been large scale. Beware, the contractor will likely post a lame sop-out excuse saying they don?t know me, no services were provided, blah, blah, blah. Who knows, even if they took our job the labor would have likely?laughably high anyhow.

Excellence, generosity, integrity. North American fence is outstanding. We had a difficult installation in a steep wooded area. Rick, the owner, went out of his way to give us the best possible service. Mike and his crew installed this difficult fence job perfectly, and finished ahead of schedule. We are completely satisfied with North American Fence and highly recommend them.

Honesty, Integrity, Generosity. Rick, Sue, Ed, and Mike (and his amazing crew), all pooled together to address our concerns and resolve any problems. The company stood behind their product and their workmanship 100%. We're thrilled with the outcome and will continue using North American Fence.

After setting the schedule, the guys came one morning to dig the holes and install the posts around the yard. A few days later after the cement had set, they came back to finish the installation of the fence. They were very nice and professional. During the hole digging process, they weren't at all put out by a toddler and I following them around (at a safe distance) and "assisting" with moving the dirt piles. We would definitely use them again for any future fencing needs.

Sales man gave an est. on 5-1-2013. He was in and out in 15 min. Answered all questions. Told him I would let him know the next week. I had 2 more est from the 2 top companies in your list coming. North American was the best price by 800.00. Had to go with them. It turns out that they did a great job in a timely manner. Will use them again and recommend them.Cant understand how the got bad reviews.

We were not very sure exactly about what we wanted. The person who came helped out a little bit as far as location of the fence and everything. We were pretty happy with him. They were very responsive and they came out within a day or two days. They told us that we would have the estimate by Monday and we had it in the mail on Monday.

I am currently waiting for resolution.

They had somebody come out to measure and they gave me a price. They requested half of the deposit which I sent and then I never heard from them. I called and left a message. They did have a person call me back. They said they were about 3 weeks behind but if it rained they could be held up. I sent the deposit on 8/17 and the check was for $717.50. I still don't have a date for the installation. The man that came to measure was fine but I am worried because they were slow to respond and it is almost October. The man that called back said he would call back and give me 3 dates and I haven't heard from him.

First to start I'm a top rated contractor on Angies list and if I did what I'm about to expain I would be rated below "F". 1; They took a deposit of 1/2 down 2months before starting project undestanding the weahter was not friendly to contractors this year so that was acceptable. 2; 1st day worked great set all poles needed cleared shrubs as needed. 3; 2nd day worked 4 hours left said they ran out of materials which you would think would have all been bought out of the $2500.00 deposit correct? 4; 3rd day no call no show no communication on status of project. 5; 4th day I call in the morning and ask when are they returning to complete job and get the "project manager is not in office" and I then explain I'm a contractor and your customer service is below sub-standard in my opnion and then the "project manager" is around by a miracle to tell me it will be finished today. Now the job is finally done and the shrubs/wood they cut are now in a pile left between the houses and was told "thats your problem we do not remove that" well then for $5000.00 who exactly is? This company is the abosolute worst I have ever seen on the East Coast for fencing. If you plan on getting a fence installed or anything in this type of project DO NOT USE THIS SUB-STANDARD COMPANY!!!

Last year, North American Fencing Corp came to provide an estimate for a 6-foot, shadowbox, dog-eared fence. At that time, we couldn't proceed with the project. This year we decided to do the fence, so I contacted Bruce again. He still had the original estimate, no changes. However, unlike last year, this year we needed someone to remove the short retaining wall curbing. Bruce explained he wouldn't be able to do it because of insurance rules, the curbing wasn't fence materials and so they wouldn't be covered. Since this was a need, I decided to try to find someone who could do the entire thing and was able to find/hire someone else. However, if another company wasn't able to take care of the curbing, then we would have hired North American Fencing.

They were very responsive in providing me with a quote. The pricing was reasonable for the work being done. Once I accepted the quote and gave the down payment the work was immediately completed. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.

We received estimates from two other companies. North American had the best estimate. I've seen other fences around town that North American has put up and their work seems to be of good quality. We decided to not hire the company because other projects became necessary and our budget for this year's projects wouldn't allow for the expense of the fence.

They promptly provided a qoute. Once they recieved the down payment the work was completed within the same week. The job was professional and as I requested. No problems at all.

IT WENT GREAT. THEY WHERE THERE ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THEMSELVES. I FOUND THEM ON ANGIE'S LIST. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY LEFT AT A DECENT TIME.

They are very dependable and they did a good job. If I ever have any problems or issues they come right out.

WE WAITED FOR A FEW WEEKS TO HAVE THE INSTALLATION. THEY WERE SOMEHOW UNABLE TO GET THE FENCE DESIGN THAT WE WANTED, IT WAS ON BACKORDER. THE THING THAT DISTURBED US MOST WAS THAT THEY REMOVED OUR EXISTING OLD FENCE ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON, AND WERE NOT ABLE TO START WORK ON OUR NEW FENCE UNTIL THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY AFTER A MONDAY HOLIDAY. THE BACK AREA OF OUR YARD WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC BUILDING PARKING LOT THAT IS BEHIND OUR HOUSE.
