Communication between office ,sales and installers lacking

I had no idea I was hiring a general contractor when I searched for a way to replace my siding. In our conversations they mentioned other things that they saw that could be fixed. and they were projects that I had wanted to accomplish so this was a better deal than I expected. Their expansive services were all well done including some follow up service. The lifetime warranty on products AND labor is also a plus.

They had a date to start and came on time finished the job sooner than I expected. They cleaned up around the home. The foreman and project manager kept in touch with issues to inform me. The payment schedule was as agreed on. I would definitely recommend using Power for Vinyl siding. Eric did a wonderful job of explaining the product. Carlos was the foreman and keep me posted as well as Brantley the project manager. Crew was excellent.

Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable. John explained the product features well. We were only able to do a portion of the work we had inquired about. We are very happy with the results. The crew did a great job. Our reason for only giving 4.5 stars is we did not receive a copy of the estimated cost of the whole job.

Power Home Remodeling provided great work on the siding install. The siding looks great and provides a great new facade for the house. The work only took about 48 hours. I do have a couple of concerns: During our sales meeting, we were told that there would be a tarp used to catch any loose debris that would fall. This did not happen. Although the workers did use a magnet to do a rough sweep, many nails were left on the property. I have been in contact with the project manager since the install, and it was stated that the crew would come back out to do a more thorough cleanup, but they haven't been back yet. Also, a couple of deck rails were broken in the process of the installation, and they failed to let us know. Our deck is old, but I would have hated for that to happen to a new deck. We brought this to the attention of the project manager, and he offered to replace the rails. I opted for them not to fix them, since my deck is old, and we will be replacing it soon anyway.

Fast, courteous workers. Project completed in half the expected time. Cleanup was exceptionally thorough. Looks really great. Not cheapest but you do get what you pay for. I would seriously recommend.

From the start to the finish the work was top notch . All information was given before the job as to the quality of the siding and when the job would be done. There was always a project manager to speak with and everything was verified after the job that the job was done well and as described in the contract.

They were a no call no show for in home estimate so I eliminated from consideration to do siding and windows

After a thorough assessment, I got the roof I wanted for my 1956 home. The crews were punctual, worked hard, and took pride in their work, exhibiting a good attitude all around.

Excellent work crew. Showed up at 7 am and worked until 7 pm. Vinyl siding completed in 3 days with gutters installed the next morning. Did a complete cleanup when they left.

Excellent product and quality installation! The crew cleaned up at the end of each day. They were real craftsmen! Everything was done right, the first time.
