Signed a contract for power to do a complete new roof and siding on the whole house only to have power back out of the entire job leaving me back at square one. The sales people over promise and under deliver.

Fast, efficient, great communication through out project. Very thorough explanation of materials and process. Very clean. The driveway and sidewalks look better when they left then before they came. Very nice and reassuring to the neighbors and their concerns.

To begin with, they dropped all their supplies right in the driveway so close to the garage doors, that we could not even walk in and out of the garage let alone a vehicle. During the walk around before dropping off supplies, it was agreed to that everything would go in the driveway off to the side and that we would be notified when they were going to drop off the supplies so that we could be there. They never called and we were not at home when they dropped everything off. They did not close gates that they opened and they left the yard a mess. We had a skylight replaced along with the roof. They did come into the house to lay a tarp and did clean up the first time they replaced it. They had to take it out the following day because they did not remove any of the stickers. They did not lay a trap this second time and we had to clean up a mess after they left. This company was one of the more expensive companies we considered. One reason we went with this company was because we were told they would have one person on site whose sole job would be to clean up. Of course, this did not happen. Some of the other companies did not commit as strongly to clean up.

Great work & cleaned up well. Would have completed in one day except for rain. Sales people could be a little more conscious of time with presentation & a little less pushy but they were all friendly & courteous and I would recommend the company although it was a little more expensive than other quotes. Hopefully quality will prove worth it cause they told us we would never need another roof.

They were extremely fast and clean. Since completion I only cam across two nails left out of 10,000. They were a little expensive but the quality I see so far was well worth the cost
