Sales and Marketing put on a great dog and pony show. The prices are exorbitant even for a one day install. Their sales tactics are reprehensible and possibly illegal. The minute you say no, they come up with a new price that is **only good if you say yes NOW** Oh, and let us not forget the **extra discount** for letting Power HRG use and edit pictures of your home in perpetuity as well as filling out that survey. Tsk, tsk. Also, you have to wait for two other companies to finish the job, after all, they are only roofers. The Pre-Installation-Inspection went well enough. Unfortunately, that is when you find out your roofing job is SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS OUT! In the meantime your home is in danger of ruin and your health is being further jeopardized by mold and mildew growth. Hope you are in great health and have plenty of money for extra wood replacement and doctor visits.

Mike who handles the financing worked hard to help me but it still came out very expensive. There was an issue with the location of the bathroom exhaust fan vent. They do not attach the tubing-hose, but I could't crawl in the attic to connect it. Their project manager came out and connected the tube-hose for me. The shingles are guaranteed for 50 years and not pro-rated so I am happy with that. They do not have a completely black shingle like I would have liked but it looks good.

We had our entire roof replaced by Power Home Remodeling, and the work was done with amazing efficiency and competence. The materials were well above my expectations, and the whole roof was stripped and replaced in one day, very satisfying. The salesman and project manager were excellent in terms of communications and relationship. They helped us with all financing and we got a good price. We have decided to use PHR to replace our gutters and shutters as well. I recommend Power Home Remodeling for home renovations with my highest level of confidence.

They are on the expensive side, but the quality of materials, the professionalism of the crew and the workmanship is exceptional. Had to reschedule and it was not a problem for them. Although they said a 2 day installation, the actual roof installation was done in one long day. Would recommend to others.

Power Home Remodeling did a superior job from presentation to completion. They walked me through and showed me the leaks in my roof as well as explaining in detail. The materials used were exactly what they showed me. There was a quality control person on the job site from start to finish. I was able ask questions and he did not leave until my home was left to MY satisfaction upon completion of my job. Power H R definitely did not disappoint with the quality of workmanship, workers and materials used. I will use them again for other things in my home. I will recommend to my family and friends!
