the clean up could have been better

Roof was a complete tear down and replacement, including some plywood. Job was completed within the day, with cleanup that was above and beyond any of my other renovations. Everyone was kind, respectful, and considerate from first contact to complete cleanup. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

All the emplyees were knowledgeable every step of the project was explained, customer service was excellent. The work crew was very good. showed up on time worked until roof was done in one day and cleaned up when they were done. Felt there could have been better communication between the office and the workers doing the project.

Canâ  t say enough good things about Power. From our initial inspection with Joshua to the quality assurance visit at the end of our job. They sent an installation inspector before the job to remeasure and be sure we understood the prep work on our end. Ali was very thorough and understood our concerns about landscaping and clean up after the job. Steven and his crew were on time , friendly and did a great job. The clean up was great and none of my plantings were damaged. We had a call from the project manager to be sure we were happy with the job and made herself available is we discovered any issues. Overall this was a great experience and I would use them again!!

All the people we dealt with were friendly,conscientious and responded to any concerns.

Overall, great experience. Be aware of plants you have planted close to your home as the workers didnâ t take much precaution protecting them. By the end of the day, both of our hibiscus bushes were broken by debris. Additionally, they do not vacuum your attic after installation. Had I known this beforehand, I would have likely pushed to have cleaning included. This is something PRG needs to be transparent about or provide cleaning the attic as part of the service. They certainly charge enough to include cleaning.
