Pete was sub-contracted on the front step job. He met with us to find out what we wanted. A little miscommunication between Pete, us and G & V (lead contractor), but everything got smoothed out. The railings came as designed, and look great. We plan to use Pete again.

It was an absolutely painless experience.

We live in VA but had a house we were clearing out in PA. In the PA house there were wrought iron columns that were made by my grandfather that I wanted cut down and replaced. I contacted Mr Okonski by phone, arranged for him to go out, look at the house and estimate repairs. THe estimate was good, and he planned on replacing the iron columns with wood columns covered by PVC sleeves. We arragned a date to meet him and have the work done. THey showed up on time, did a fantastic job in removing the antique columns in tact and replaced them with new poles that looked like they were made for the porch. THe workers were knowlegeable, worked efficiently, and were entertaining as they listened to our stories and had stories of their own. IT was clear that they took care and pride in their work. I would recommend this company for repair and remodeling work without reservation.

Nothing I called his office was told he would call to come out for an estimite but he never followed up

Pete arrived on time to measure and provide pricing. He had pictures of his products to show and answered all questions. He predicted a two week lead time -- three weeks later they called to set a date. A two man crew drilled and installed the railings. They worked neatly and removed all debris. The workmanship was very good overall.

Most of the companies we contacted refused to accept such a small job, and the few that did gave estimates that were absurdly high. Taking the recommendation of a neighbor, we contacted Mr. Okonski who scheduled an immediate estimate. The work was completed quickly, and we are extremely pleased with the new window. We are able to ventilate with fresh air every day, and we've noticed that our basement is significantly more comfortable in both summer and winter. As soon as our budget allows, we plan to have Mr. Okonski replace all of the other windows in our home.
