PERFECT! I called on a Monday morning and received the estimate in the mail by Friday! the estimate was by far lower than all other estimates, but the service was NOT compromised. I went to the office to pay the deposit on Monday and the ONLY delay was the inclement weather, however the roofers were still able to come out that week and my work was completed while I was at work! A win-win... I didn't have to take off to supervise and still received quality service. When the work was complete I received a call letting know that there was NO additional cost above the estimate and I could look for the final bill in the mail. When I arrived home: there were no nails.. no mess and my home had a fresh update with my shingles now redone.

He is very good and reasonable. The price was just really good and he's been in the business ever since I can remember. I hadn't used him, I was using another roofer, but he was awfully expensive. [21:52] A A West Co. Inc. was very efficient and he worked. He didn't stop and break and smoke. He got up on the roof, he and his men, and they started working and he came when he said he would come and he could estimate the time very well. There were some other things that needed to be fixed so he would tell me, 'I found this, what do you want to do?' and, 'Oh, that'll take me, so and so time.' So he was very good with the time and very amiable. I'm gonna be calling them soon to review a seal on the porch.
