Everything looks wonderful. I can't even begin to describe how excited I am that our front door actually opens and closes without a struggle now. It's a small change that has made such a huge difference in our lives. I can also sleep easier at night knowing that our 3rd floor windows actually close and lock properly now (they were stuck open with cranks that had fallen apart). I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Horrible- overestimated our need for supplies by 100% -yes double!! And gave me $150 credit when I told him-even though it was over $500 worth of materials. The job looks terrible, floor is cracking, and back splash looks like a Tetris game gone bad. One guy broke the bottom of our dishwasher then lied about it. Whole project is a mess and looks awful. Should have never paid but didn’t want to deal with them any more. Don’t use for any kid or remodel!!!

Couldn't start project even after signing the contract. Agreed date (on writing) was moved two months back. Deposit Check was cashed before any work was done or any materials were ordered. Never finished !!! Dealing with this for 3 months

Aleix and his team were wonderful. The team of workers showed up on time, were extremely professional and completed the work within two days. When they removed the framing and old basement door they discovered that the framing from the original door had not been finished. there were issues with cementing around the door. This was an additional issue that needed to be addressed, they fixed the problem and still completed the job on time. I would highly recommend to anyone. Alix was always available to answer any questions and was prompt with responses.

Easy and quick job! Cleaned everything once finished and our bathroom ceiling looks new!

Alix and his team were great to work with. Work was done well and reasonable price. They took care of ordering all the materials. They had to do some custom work with our very old non standard registers, but and everything looks great now. I would add the guys working at the house were very patient with a curious 4 year old. Looking to hire them in the spring for more work

They did awesome work. I was so happy with how they handled everything. They custom built the shoe shelf for me and it is beautiful. They responded same day to my email about the project. They showed up early to get it done. If I could give them five stars across the board I would.

The chandelier and ceiling fan look fine. The painting was not good at all. Throughout the room you could see the old color showing through the new color. 2 coats were not applied as agreed upon. The water mark in the ceiling and under the window still had the brown water mark showing through. The crack in the ceiling that was supposed to be repaired is still a crack in the ceiling. Their lines were awful and not straight. There were paint drips/splatter showing on the molding from careless work. Brush strokes very visible. Long drips of paint that dried dripping down the wall. This was supposed to be a 3 day job and they were done in just under 2 days. Clearly it was rushed through and they are clearly not skilled painters. My wife found this company on Facebook. So, I checked into their Facebook page after this job was said and done and realized they had only 5 reviews. All were 5 stars and none had comments under the review ratings. One review even had the same last name as the owner of the company. I also noticed that all but a few of their photos posted on their Facebook page seemed very professional like they were from a magazine. I searched google images and Pinterest and realized that these were just taken off of those and posted to their page. However, they do not technically claim that this is their work. The posts simply say "how about this nice kitchen?" It is all a bit deceiving if you ask me.

Both projects were well done and Alex was easy to work with, professional and accommodating.

Alix was so easy to work with. We went over what I wanted to do and then he went right to work. I bought adhesive earth quake anchors to anchor bookcases and a dresser for baby safety. He recommended drilling into the furniture instead of relying on the adhesive alone. I really appreciated that. He was very respectful of our home and I love that he donated a portion of the bill to the non-profit of my choice! He also quickly provided an estimate for another project I have. Looking forward to working with him again!

Alix did an excellent job and I would definitely use him again. He was very respectful of my home and of my time. He was honest, professional, and did a great job. It is hard to find a good handyman out there, but The Golden Hand is our new handyman!

Alix was very responsive throughout the whole process and especially accommodating with our buyer's requests. He was punctual, clean, announced himself when he arrived and was leaving, and was very prompt at returning calls and emails. A pleasant surprise was that he offered to donate a small percentage of the bill to a charity of my choice (apparently he does this for all his work).

This job went really well! Alix from The Golden Hand was extremely professional and detail oriented. He went over everything before he started and was very mature and respectful through the whole process. We will be hiring him again in the future.

Alix from The Golden Hand was curtious and repectful from start to finish. He was on time with his estimate and precise with the work. He finished the job in a timley manor and I felt like he treated my home as if it were his house. All around a great job and I would definitely use The Golden Hand again.
