Louis and his subcontractors were all professional and meticulous. The bathroom he installed is beautiful, especially the tile work, which he did himself. He took the time to make sure that everything he did was to our specifications and offered several suggestions we would not have thought of ourselves. He performed or oversaw all the work, from installing the floors, plumbing and electric and made sure it was all perfect. He was always reachable with a question, as were his subcontractors. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

.Louis G (proprietor) and employees did demo, tile, installation of cabinets, painting, etc. He was onsite and working nearly every day of the project which started in July and ended in mid September. Subcontractors that he uses routinely were used for electrical, plumbing, gutters and an additional spray foam insulation of a crawl space under part of house. His wife met me at a retail store and helped pick out cabinets, lighting, tile, etc within the budget. The initial proposal and any change orders were delivered promptly by email and he was always available by phone and in person to answer questions and provide updates.He was always concerned about not disturbing the neighbors with noise. We did not live in the cottage at the time of renovation so the workers had access as needed. Payments were divided into 5 segments beginning with 10% deposit , 40% to start, two 20% payments and a final 10% at walkthrough. Louis was professional and personable to deal with as we were often onsite working on other things on the property. He has come back once to add something small that was overlooked. We are very pleased with the result and have gotten compliments on the renovation.

The job went very well. Louis did everything he could to limit the amount of time we would be without a shower being that we were doing both bathrooms. Louis had good insight into what would work well and what would not. Louis is the owner and is always on site. He only does one job at a time.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and cleaned up. We were very happy with them and we'll hire them again.

This was a perfect experience from beginning to end. Louis is a total professional and a complete craftsman. The quality of his work is second to none. He showed up on time and was here until the job was complete. The job site was clean each day so that living in the midst of major construction was never a problem. We changed a couple of things a long the way and that was not a problem. He had great suggestions as well which were spot on. We have a couple of other projects to do and we will be calling him back.

Project went very well. Timing and cost exactly as quoted. Drop cloths laid every day and home protected from the dust of the project. End of the day, thorough clean up. Louis very knowledgeable and excellent workmanship. Very pleased with the outcome and will definitely call them again on future projects. Highly recommended.
