Unfortunately the roof still leaks, which does happen no matter how good a roofer is. They returned free of charge and did more patching. I do not yet know if the problem is gone as it is still raining and wet. But the problem I have is that the owner was here he began having a conversation with me about how he semi-secretly works with the government who has given him billions of dollars to work on the war on terror as well as Hurricane Katrina. I kept waiting for the punch line but there wasn't one. Although the work the gentleman does appears to be good, I am concerned for his personal well-being and felt quite uncomfortable around him.

He is a very nice person. They work quickly and quietly.

We discovered a leak just as the weather turned cold. A phone call brought Lelito Roofing to our house the very next day when they did the work professionally and for a reasonable price.

They called within a week of the time that I left a message. They came out the day that they contacted me. They completed the job promptly. They were pleasant and professional. They returned promptly after I called to let them know that more shingles had blown off in a high wind.

We emailed late one night, and the very next morning they called. The roofer came out shortly after and fixed the shingles. He said that the collars were also bad, and he came back 2 days later to replace them. The only thing I was uncomfortable with was that he wouldn't take my check initially. He wanted cash, but he knocked $25 off the shingle job if I paid cash. Then we agreed to the other work and thought we sorted out that we would pay by check. Again, on the day, they preferred cash and knocked $75 off the price. We had to ask for a receipt, but he supplied us with one. I honestly don't know if I overpaid on the job or not, but the work was prompt, and he was done in a half hour for each job. Plus, in the end, we paid $100 less by paying with cash.

WE HAD DAMAGE TO OUR ROOF, WHICH LEFT PART OF IT TOTALLY EXPOSED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CALLED US BACK WITHIN AN HOUR. CAME TO DO THE WORK THE VERY NEXT DAY IN BAD WEATHER. THEY OFFERED SUGGESTIONS AND WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH.
