They came at once to isolate the source and then came and re worked all of the plumbing. Description of Work: asked them to reinstall two bathroom faucets I had removed to have replated (brass). It was a difficult job (for a lot of reasons I won't go into) along with reattaching the sink to the wall (which a prior plumber left unattached) and I'm impresses with their efforts to get it all right. Also, when the less experienced (young) plumber was having a problem, he called his office and a more experienced plumber came out who figured out how to fix it. They came highly recommended to me and I recommend them to anyone for any kind of plumbing

Description of Work: They got the job done timely. The service man is very polite and professional. But this half an hour job costs me about $160 and they didn't give me an estimate over the phone. I still think it is pretty pricey and I　wish I could save some by using Angie' list.

Description of Work: I needed my main vent pipe cleared after we bought an older home and had a few estimates for the work. Most companies wanted $700-$1000 to access the vent from the roof but the tech and i talked about some other options to best relieve the issue and they helped save me hundreds, all while cleaning out the clogged vent. I really appreciate the help and problem solving they brought to the job. I will definitely be using them again.

+ -1 moreBy far the most competitive estimate ($600 less than the next lowest). Scheduled estimate and then work within two days of my calls, respectively. Although work was more involved than expected, they stuck to estimate with only a very fair small extra charge for some extra materials that were necessary. Workmen were polite, reliable, friendly, and went the extra mile (showing me my various shut-off valves and routine maintenance tasks; snaking toilet gratis to improve flow; WAD-40ing the sticky lock to a little used door to basement). Would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater; put in new soil pipe access fitting; replaced pipes to scrub sink and washer; replaced shower faucet and control and toilet innards.

+ 0 moreA representative from John's Reliable Plumbing did come to our house, however, most of the time he was there to examine the problem we were having he spent talking on his cell phone. He said he would get back to us with an estimate, but never did. Nor did he return my husband's phone call after the visit.
Description of Work: When a serious leak developed in our upstairs bathroom that resulted in damage to our first floor dining room ceiling and wall, we contacted another plumber who analyzed the problem. We then called several other plumbers, including John's Reliable, to provide estimates since the job involved major work which would partially be covered by our insurance.

Description of Work: Cleaned blocked sewer. Found tree roots missed by General Sewer who cleaned drain three months earlier. It usually takes three years for the roots to block the sewer lines after a through cleaning.
