The lawn is now the envy of our neighbors! The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and was very polite. The owner gave us suggestions for other work that could be completed in addition to our original request, but did not pressure us to commit to more than we originally had in mind. He and his crew were very professional, and the results were excellent.

Ettore and his team were outstanding. He provided us with a details plan for turning our back yard into a more private, elegant and relaxing space. The design called for mounds, selected plantings, a redesigned/repoured patio and the hand-building of a rounded stone wall to provide screening and visual interest. Also included was a regrading and replanting of the area. The results were even more spectacular than the very intelligent design.

Generally, they do what they say they're gonna do and it's done well and that's what I generally ask for for many contractors. They're very professional.

They were good and did a good job. They get back to me quickly and they are responsive. They are courteous and professional. They were a little pricey on the landscaping so I went with somebody else for that. Overall they are pretty good. The price for the grass cutting is very good. The quality is very good.

Smiley's Lawn Care & Landscaping Inc. seemed good. I know his estimate was on the higher side of the quotes we got so far. He's very professional, outgoing and friendly. He seems like he'd be conscientious. He was on time and he was good. I'd get a quote from him for other work in the future.

Called Smiley's in late April for an estimate. One of the owners was going to be in the area the following day and adjusted his schedule to meet with me early in the morning. I showed him the work area and gave him a general framework for what we wanted to accomplished. We asked them to make the plant selections and include them in their proposal. I was told it would take approx. 7 to 10 days to prepare a proposal. Within that time frame we received a very thorough, specific, and detailed proposal. We immediately approved the proposal and asked them to schedule the work as soon as possible. Assuming that spring must be the busiest time of year for landscapers we were somewhat disappointed but not all surprised when we were given a projected time frame of mid-June for completion of the work. Having not heard from them by the end of the second week in June I placed a follow up call on June 15 and was given a start date of June 21. A crew arrived as scheduled on the 21st, worked a very long day that day and completed all work by the end of the day on the 22nd. Both the owners and the workmen were professional, hard working, and friendly. They did everything they said they were going to do, the quality of the work was excellent and the clean up afterward was exceptional. We had a minor issue with one of the newly planted Dogwoods that resulted in the tree leaning badly after a sever thunderstorm shortly after planting. I sent the owner an e-mail and within a day or two they corrected the problem by returning the tree to an upright position and staking the tree for additional support.. I plan to use Smiley's routinely in the future for landscape maintenance and other projects.

They are great. They come out and if they don’t see that I need a cut, they won’t do it. So I won’t be charge for that. Their demeanor is excellent.

They were neat, and did an excellent job. I have a contractor working on my house and he commented how nice the landscaping looked.

They were very pleasant gentlemen. I would definitely refer them based on their personality and their quality of how they presented themselves. It was unfortunate that we couldn?t use their services for our personal reasons, but there was nothing to do with them. I would give them a high score. They got back to me. They sent me a quote to my e-mail right away. They did their part. They did a good job. I don?t know how their quality of work is, but if their quality of work is what they presented themselves to me, then I would probably think that would be good too. If need be, I would contact them again in the future.

The owner of Smiley's Lawn Care & Landscaping Inc is the best. He does an excellent job. He just finished the landscape design course. His price is in line with other landscapers. I will use him to do a walkway for me in this spring. He has an excellent reputation with his clients.
