i would not recommend this company and go with the company that backs up the products they sell to you.

Contractor only cemented on outside of glass blocks. Did not mortar around glass block windows or inside. Mortared just enough to hold glass block windows in place on outside. Inside is being held by 2 inch wooden strips. Looks like 6 are sticking out all around windows. Left on inside of windows gaps where old window was and sides of glass blocks not covered with mortar. Day later cracks formed. Called came out and covered with rubber cement! OWNER not helpful! Was to have my basement restored with a restoration company. Owner of Fox Chase told me that the restoration will cover this mess with wall board, since that was originally what was there. This was not done professionally. Even the glass block winds have white mortar around the where the plastic strips are encasing the glass blocks. No caring went into this job!

Fox chase windows and doors put 4 new windows , and 4 doors. The windows never locked properly. They also shake when it's windy. The door knobs have fallen off all the doors. The door knobs that were used must have been purchased at a discount because you can't find them anywhere. I have been berated over the phone by the owner because another customer called to complain and he got us confused. He refuses to come out and fix the crap he installed. Windows are stained from the inside. Horrible doesn't describe my experience

They were excellent. The price and their knowledge of the products made it excellent.

Everything went fine. 2 guys came out and did the job for most of the day.

He showed up on time and did a great job with the removal of the old door and installation of the new door. Cleaned up all debris and it looked as if they were never there when they were finished. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

they were very professional they took all the windows and the screens that went with them as they were separate and had to be put in every summer and they were very drafty. Casement windows are horrible if you do not have central air in the summertime.

Very prompt to come with estimate. Came on time to do work, cleaned up afterward. Responded immediately to small problem with crank-out window. Would definitely use again. Local to my neighborhood and many of my neighbors have used this company.

The work took 3 days to complete. They took out the old windows and replaced them, cleaning up after each window. There was a crack in one of the windows and it was replaced the next day. The workers were very neat and quiet. Their representative was very nice and courteous. He described everything to us and showed us everything we needed to know about the windows we had installed.

They did a really good job. Had reasonable prices. They guy who came out for the estimate was very friendly and nice. One of the screens was ripped during shipping. They came back a week later after hours to put in the new screen they ordered. They followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

THEY LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING THEY WERE ON VACATION, AND WOULD CALL BACK. THEY CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE BACK AND WOULD CALL TO SET AN ESTIMATE. THEY THEN CALLED TO SAY THEY COULDN'T SET AN EXACT APPOINTMENT, AND COULD NOT POINT OUT THE BENEFITS OF THEIR PRODUCTS OVER COMPETITORS. HE USED VERY COARSE LANGUAGE DURING THE CALL IN AN UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER, AND I WAS LEFT ENTIRELY UNIMPRESSED.

TOM CAME IN THE TIME FRAME HE SAID. HIS MEN CLEANED UP BEAUTIFULLY.
