Despite inclement weather holding up progress of the job, crew was here bright and early at the first hint dry weather, making progress their priority. Quality of excavation work was beyond our expectations particularly when battling the elements to complete and the price was fair on both labor and materials, coming in less than we had originally estimated. We have additional work to be done for which we are hiring Wheatley Contracting and highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: Excavate and re-grade approximately 1 acre front and side yards to correct drainage. Install 65 ft gravel driveway and 40' x 40' parking area in front of house. Renovate similar sized existing gravel driveway and parking area behind house. Install French drain beside existing driveway. Excavate and grade slopes and add drainage swells to deflect water from house and washing out driveways.
