Description of Work: They came to the house twice. The latest was around October 2013, and around May 2013. Both times they were punctual, friendly and the cost was reasonable. They cleaned the steps and upstairs on the first visit, and my 2 couches and chairs on the other. We have cats, and they did a wonderful job of getting them clean. I will use them again in the future.

I recommend the protectant and sanitizer services as well. I've been using Tri-County Chem Dry services for years now. It's done right the first time and the price is right for what you are provided.
Description of Work: Applied P.U.R.T product to multiple urine areas from pets.

+ -1 moreI love their service. I think they do a great job. The carpet looks great. The guys are great. I think it was the same guys that were here last year. They are very nice on the phone. They did a great job on cleaning my carpet.
Description of Work: I used Tri-County Chem-Dry to clean my carpet. I used them twice now. I had some special stuff done. They did 2 special treatments of the pet urine removal. Last year, they took my carpet and they cleaned it.

+ -1 moreThere was one guy and he never stopped. The whole cleaning only took 1 hr and 30 min. The appointment was scheduled and completed within a week of me calling.
Description of Work: It has been about 3-4 months since the carpet was cleaned and not one spot or dirty path resurfaced! This process was so much better than steam cleaning the carpet. I am about to call them back to do the rest of the house. LOVE it!!! They cleaned 4 8 x 10 area rugs, one 12 x 12 bedroom, and one set of steps. They showed up on time and was polite as well as thorough.

+ -1 moreI think they are great! They were prompt and efficient. They did not leave a mess. The carpet also dried quickly. They moved my things and put them back when necessary. My neighbor, who is very particular, was happy with the service too. I would recommend their services to anyone.
Description of Work: Tri- County Chem Dry cleaned all the carpets in my home. My daughter spilled a pomegranate red crystal light drink and they were able to get it out.
