+ -1 moreThe person that they sent (I believe it was Mike?) was very friendly and did his job very well. He called around 15 minutes prior to his arrival and had everything set up in no time. The carpets looked beautiful again. I will need 2 sofas and one chair cleaned in the near future. I'll definitely call them and refer them to people at work if they happen to be looking for a good company to use.
Description of Work: Cleaned and stain guarded my steps and a hallway in my house.

+ 1 moreVery well. He cleaned the livingroom and diningroom area rugs and our new beige sectional sofa, that our cat had peed on. We had, at the time, a dog and 4 cats. Our 1 cat was sick and peed on the new sofa and probably on the rug also.. When he was done, there was no "pee" smell. The sofa looked and smelled brand new!

+ -1 moreOverall, it was a good experience. That morning they came, there were 3 messages they left asking about the couch to see what kind it was to see if they would be able to treat it or not. I felt that they waited until the last minute to find something out that could have been an issue that they could have found out when the appointment was initially scheduled. I called them and the driver was on his way, he came in and did the job and he was pretty courteous.
Description of Work: They cleaned a couch for us.

+ -1 moreService was not completed because contractor did not feel confident that the product would meet our needs.
Description of Work: Chem Dry came to our home to test their product on my white on white sofa...which really needs to be cleaned. They determined that their product would not produce the results we want. They did not charge us for the visit and requested only reimbursement for gas, which we had agreed to during our call to them. I commend them on their honesty and integrity. They never tried to persuade us to try their service. I would call them to do other services based on our interaction with them.

+ -1 moreEverything was just great this last time. The products they use actually work. They are also very nice and very professional. The carpets dry quickly because it is a dry process. It is not completely dry, but it is dryer than another company's. The results are very good. They charge so much per room and I usually have a coupon. I am really bad with numbers, but I think they are comparable to others. I have not had any trouble with them at all.
Description of Work: I had the carpets cleaned in two rooms and also the stairs in my house. Allegheny Chem Dry did this for me.
