I was very pleased with the person who answered the phone and arranged for a service call within a few hours. The technician showed up on time and was very nice, neat and appeared to know what the was doing. I had recently had another person work on the system but it still was not working. So I did some research and called Warner. The young man changed some parts and cleaned up some other parts and got my furnace running. It wasn't long after he left that it quit again. When I called Warner I was told that it would be another service charge for them to come out again and look at it. I thought that was unreasonable, I mean, for $125 I expected more than an hour of heat. Since they would not budge on another service charge I ended up doing more research and sending an e-mail to the owner of the company. This e-mail arrived in the inbox of another person within the company who was appalled that we were being treated in this fashion. He arranged to have another service technician come the next day (this was New Year's Eve). The second technician replaced some parts and cleaned some parts and went on his way. The heater worked for about a month after that and then quit again. In the meantime, I had Warner service provide me with a quote for a new system. I did end up having my furnace replaced, but did not use Warner for this, They did not stand by their service until having their arm twisted and I wasn't willing to spend a lot of money with them and then have to fight to have them back up their work. As it turns out, when the old system was removed the root of the problem was revealed. The heat exchanger was shot and was the problem all along. The technicians who did the work didn't even mention this possiblity, they just kept replacing nozzles and cleaning things up, charging me and going on their way. Maybe this part would have been expensive or even impossible to replace, but I would have felt better informed to make appropriate choices had I known what was actually ailing with my system.
Description of Work: My oil funace was not working and w were without heat for two days. Warner Services came out twice to look at, diagnose and work on the system. They replaced the noozles and cleaned up some parts but the system still ended up quiting not long after each visit.

I pulled out the phone book and started calling people to try to get someone out to my house on a Saturday. I had one gentleman (from another company) come out and he couldn't figure out my unit. I went back to searching and liked the "ad" for Werner Service. I called them, the lady I spoke with on the phone go all my information and told me that a technician would call me soon. Within about 5 minutes I had a technician call me back. He got our basic information, let me know he had a few other places he was working on and he would be out in about 2-3 hours and asked if that was okay. I told him yes. About 30 minutes later, the technician called me back to say the current job was taking longer than he expected so he called in someone else and they would be coming out within an hour. A few minutes later, the new technician called to say he was on his way. He went up to our scorching hot attic, took a look. When he came back down, he told us that we had a bad part. He then discussed with us that once he replaced that part (it was a transformer or something that gave it power), then he would know if that was the only problem. He discussed pricing and options with us to see how we wanted to proceed. He did not have the part on his truck, so he called another technician and arranged to go meet him to get the part we needed. He was back within an hour. Back into the scorching hot attic (it was over 100 degrees that week) he went. Shortly afterward, he came down, A/C unit working!!! There was nothing else wrong with our unit. We payed the guy and that was that! This happened July 2011. My Central A/C is 29 years old. After having Werner Service come out to fix it, it is working like a champ! I have not had any difficulty with it at all and would definitely use them again!
Description of Work: I have already written a review on this company last year, but since there are requests I figured I'd follow up. It has been about a year since I have had to use Warner Service. My 29yr old Central A/C unit is still working wonderfully after they fixed it on a Saturday, in over a 100 degree heat when no one else wanted to come out to my house or return my phone calls. I did have one gentleman come out and his suggestion was to buy window units till it was cooler and then replace the unit. I understand that my A/C is old, however, Warner Service was able to come out, find the problem, fix it and it is still working great! Why spend a few thousand to replace it when it cost me around $500 and I'm getting more time out of the unit?? I would highly recommend Werner Service and do intend on using them again in the future for any and all HVAC needs! I loved their quick response time and their contact with us.

Overnight our Central A/C stopped working. Being a Saturday, I started calling places who advertised 24 hour service. ,One called back almost 4 hours later (I had already called 2 other places since) and the other....still has not called back. (over 3 days later). I called Warner Service and their call center took my information and had a technician call me back. I had a call back in less than 10 minutes. He updated me on when he would be out to my home and I anticipated several hours. Within an hour, the technician called me back to say he called in another technician and they would be at my house in less than an hour. The technician was prompt, looked at our Central unit, found out the Transformer went out, discussed pricing with us and then left to pick up the part. He was gone for maybe an hour and returned with the part and fixed the unit in about 30 minutes and our bill was for what he discussed with us before he went to pick up the part. He didn't try to sell me a new unit (mine is 28 1/2) years old, just fixed my unit, answered our questions and made us some quite happy customers. Due to the service we received, the promptness, professionalism and courteousness of the company and technician, we are planning on replacing our Central Unit and will definitely be using Warner Service!
