Description of Work: We took our Hasquarva lawn tractor because of possible transmission problems. Mike, at Stouffer's TruValue, went over the machine and it was not something within their general scope of work. He didn't charge us anything for his time and inspection of the tractor which we felt was very kind. I'm not sure about anyone else, but 'Mike' seems to be a great guy --pleasant, fair, and honest. Even though they could not help with our particular problem, I'd use them again.
