Trevor at Squires was extremely helpful answering questions about the Kitchen Aid appliances we asked to see. He did not pressure us to purchase anything quickly, and printed out information sheets on all the products that we were considering. When I returned two weeks later to purchase the items, he greeted me by name, informed me that he had researched several rebates, and explained which appliance were eligible. He was incredibly efficient throughout the purchase process, and informed me that the appliances would be quickly, but that they could be held in their warehouse for as long as was helpful to me (our kitchen was in the process of being remodeled and we did not know when the countertops were being installed). He turned in all the paperwork for the rebates and informed me that I would get gift cards in the mail several weeks later (as I did). He could not have been more courteous, nor more helpful. The gentlemen that delivered the appliances were punctual, efficient, professional, and very patient with my 4 year old sons incessent questions. They installed the range, refrigerator, and dishwasher, leaving the microwave in the box for me to unpack once the kitchen was finished. They showed me how to adjust the height of the range, use the range and dishwasher, and advised me to dump out the refrigerator's first round of ice and chilled water. They cleaned up after themselves and reminded me to call with any questions. Having price shopped at two big box stores, we were very pleased with the prices - especially with the rebates, and could not have been happier with the service. I would recommend Squires to anyone.
