Description of Work: Landscaping services. |One of the trees did not bloom. This concern was never addressed as was promised in the first place while placing the order ( I was promised that the cost of trees will be reimbursed if they do not bloom). This was despite informing them of the problem on more than couple of occasions last year in person. |Landscaping designer also never returned phone calls after the initial work was done.
