It is the Mission of Rheam's Roofing and Remodeling LLC to provide our customers with quality home improvement products and services that fulfill their wants and needs. Our friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff will collaborate with our customers so that they will receive the results desired.Owner Seth Rheam has more than 18 years of roofing experience, yet he and our technicians take the time to keep their installation techniques up to date by regularly attending training seminars. We are also certified installers of CertainTeed Select Shingle Master roofing products.

I've had a great experience with them. They did some roofing last year. I had them out again sometime this year and we actually decided that roofing wasn't my issue. I did that thru Angie's List and they refunded my money. We both agreed that nothing needed to happen. It's a good company to work with. It's a good price.

Our job was very small and other contractors didn't want to work with such a small project. Seth had no problem with the size and gave us excellent customer service. His workers who installed our doors were very professional and got the installation done quickly. We certainly intend to us Seth in the future. We chose him for our project from contractors on Angie's List. He provided excellent communication regarding the estimates etc.
Description of Work: Seth repaired our roof and installed new storm doors on our house. We appreciated that he inspected the entire roof for us and not just the area involved.

This is the third job Rheams Roofing & Remodeling has done for us. As with the previous work, we could not be more pleased. Seth and his crew always arrive on time and complete the job at hand - usually ahead of schedule and often at less than the quoted fee.
Description of Work: Removed French doors and replaced wood trim. Removed and replaced interior door. Repaired exterior vinyl siding.

Seth quickly returned my call. He inspected my roof the same week. I had an estimate over the weekend and he completed the job a few days after I returned the contract. Seth and his staff were professinal and completed the job in 1 day. Problem solved and the roof looks great. I would recommend Rheam's Roofing to anyone with a roofing problem.

Arrived on time and worked diligently until job was complete. Didn't need to replace the underlayment as originally anticipated. Final bill came in less than estimate due to not needing the underlayment which also saved time on the job as well.

Description of Work: Discussed the issue with Seth, the owner on the phone. He thought the leaks might be the rubber seats around vent pipes. He arrived the next day with new rubber seats in hand. Went up on the roof and confirmed this was the issue. Replaced two and sealed around both, along with additional sealing around vents. Also asked Seth to put a chimney cap on my chimney. He measured, ordered and will install when it comes in. The price for the initial work (seats/sealing) was $97.00. I estimated $300 based on our discussion for the chimney caps and installation. Will definitely use Rheam's Roofing for any future needs, including a new roof when needed.

We went to them because of all the roofing companies that we checked out; they're the only ones who came back to us in a timely manner. They're very professional. They get back to you right away. They couldn't find a leak, and just determined it was condensation. They also removed a little insulation for me. They didn't charge me for it.
