flooring contractor, hardwood floor
+ 0 moreOur floors ended up looking like a diy project gone wrong. A two day project took a week. The finish on the wood floors is rough and uneven. Holes were filled with putty and the finished before they were dry leaving a rough and crumbling mess. The laminate tiles are not fit together tightly in places and there are spaces at the edges. Wood trim is pieced together mismatched. Overall, not worth the high price.

+ -1 moreBased on everything with no honor on coupons I went to another local carpet cleaner who had 4 room coupon for $139.00 and they did honor the coupon that was in the same book Mother Martin's coupon book.
Description of Work: They advertised 4 rooms to be cleaned for $139.00 and the coupon did not state room sizes or anything like that. I had 2 small bedrooms, 1 master bedroom and a 20 X 20 family room. They did not want to honor the coupon and said it would be $185.00 for 4 rooms. Why put a coupon in if you are not going to honor it!
