Description of Work: Our soft water system started to back up and overflow, on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Quite a mess. We called and they were able to have them out on the following Tuesday. "Russell" came and fixed the problem.

Description of Work: They came out to the house, gave us a temporary pump so we had water, ordered a new pump, had the well dug up, took out the old-fashioned stuff and put in a new pump. I don't know what else they did; I just know they acted quickly and got the job done while coordinating with me, the property owner, here in New Jersey. They also are very easy to negotiate payments with.

+ -1 moreKnepper's came very highly recommended by no less than a dozen co-workers. My experience showed that the praise was not misplaced. Mr. Knepper performed a test of the water and made recommendations for a a system based on size of the home and size of my family. He never pressured me to take his recommendations but suggested we make the best decision for our family and financial circumstances. The installers who put the system in were very professional, and did the install quickly and cleanly. I will happily call Knepper's in the future for water treatment needs.
