I called this morning with a garage door problem would not go up or down stuck half way due to door being hit. Talked to Jim the owner he said someone would come this morning it wasn't long the tech arrived and fixed the problem super customer service super friendly business the tech was very knowledgeable in his field. Contractor gave me a quote and admitted it was high but i made the choice to have the work done. It took weeks but he got the job done

They did a great job and we have not had any problems since. They were prompt and arrived at the appointed time.

That went fine, I had no complaints. They were on punctual, once I get in touch with them they came in right away.

They came, took the old one, and put the new one up. That worked great for 3 years and then I had a local guy come in and tighten up the cable for me. They were very pleasant, nice and polite. I was very happy that it was fixed. I have absolutely no complaints. The door looked great when it was done. The only reason why I did not have him come and tighten the cable, it would have been an hours drive for him. I was taking in to consideration his time just to tighten a cable.

A neighbor recently had new garage doors installed and recommended this company. They provided us with a repair estimate and three replacement options for our damaaged door. We opted for one of the replacement options, told them what item we wanted, and had the new garage door within two weeks. They were very professional and left behind no mess, even taking the old door with them.

One of the door panels got damaged during shipping, so installer ordered new one which extended waiting period 2 weeks. Special ordered since the 2 inch thick door is new to the market and made in Ohio. Installation was good, had to pay extra for having the door jambs wrapped in color matching aluminum. Cleaned after installation, and took the time to explain everything, from remote control to spring torsion.
