They were very professional, cleaned up after their work, and we are very happy with the outcome of the jobs that they did. The team does quality work and we would highly recommend them.

Ran into some issues ,but it was because of the old house and we lived here 15 years.And my husband was slowly working on it ,but got sick.But ,they kept me informed along the way when issues came up.Ready to go onto the next project to get the house up to date and remodeled.

Very well ,they did a great job.

They quoted me for $1800. The price was too high. I had good interactions with them. They gave me a pretty detailed quote. They were friendly and straightforward.

The two workers from Haldeman's construction arrived on time and each did their assigned jobs in a professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves and took care to be sure that their work was neat and well done. The following day Mr. Haldeman showed up to inspect their work and to find out if we were satisfied with the quality of the work performed.. I was very impressed with his knowledge of construction and the pride that he takes in having the job completed correctly the first time. I will be getting Haldeman construction in the near future for another project.

I am sorry that I do not remember the true date but it was in the spring/summer of 2010. The workers were on time and professional but being a first time home owner (which I told them), I did not know all the right questions to ask. They had installed 15 windows and never sealed them in. When I called back about 6 months later because I was feeling the cold come through the windows, I was told that it would cost me another $500 to seal them in. I ask you, who installs windows and doesn't seal them in?

Arranged meeting, Walked around house to describe the work, Cory provided estimate and we discussed details over the phone. Approved and signed the contract. Paid 40% of work. Work occurred 3 weeks later and was done in several days. Work was professionally done. Framing around interior door was done by hand. Discussed the work and completed some minor details. Paid the remainder. I was very pleased with the work and the process. Cory was very pleasant to work with and his crew got the job with minimal disruption.

They were on time and did a fine job.

They were professional. They seemed to know what they were doing. He was thorough. He didn't say a whole lot, he just measured everything. He said he'd get back to us and he did.

Cory related the reason he was delayed in returning my contact. I accept his reason and am truly sorry I wrote a poor review of him and his company.

On this occasion we did not use this company- but they were close to being chosen for our project. They were professional, attentive and great communicators.

The owner was on time, very professional and the price was on the money. he even did more than expected to help me out with other problems I had.

We contacted our insurance agent. They sent an adjuster out who told us the amount they would pay. We contacted 3 people to give us estimates. Haldeman's Construction gave us the best estimate working with the amount the insurance paid. They gave us samples of materials and colors of roofing and told us the quality of each. We set a date approximately 2 months from the estimate date to come do the work. They came right on time to do the work. They tore off the old materials and inspected the roof for other damage. Put on the new roof materials, clean up all old materials including the roofing nails that dropped around the house. We paid them and they left.

They were very professional and clean. They cleaned up after themselves well. They went into great detail about the work they were going to do. The workmanship was great, and we are very happy with what they did. We would highly recommend them, and we'll probably have them do more work for us.

Over all my experience was very good. They did good work and were very good about cleaning up after themselves. The men were very professional and answered any questions we may have had during the process. In the end I have a quality product at a reasonable price. I am very pleased to say, it looks like I have a brand new house.

Our roof suffered severe damage during a hail storm that was followed by a tornado. Haldeman's was prompt in giving an estimate. The company completed the job according to the insurance adjustor's appraisal. As the roofers were working, they found some underlying issues that could have caused future problems. After discussing these issues, we happily approved the extra work required. They replaced some rotted sheeting that was found when the old roof was removed. Additionally, they added venting which was never incorporated in our roof. All of the extra work they performed was at a fair and reasonable price. The contractor appeared at the agreed upon time and his crew worked everyday until the job was complete. The workers left no debris laying around. They were very careful around our flower beds and landscaping.

I had a horrible experience with him. At the initial meeting, he was very very eager to please. He wanted the job, and he was wiling. I went through USDA to get our loan, and the funds were to be used out of our loan for finishing the basement. It had to be done in a time limit after we moved in, so I discussed all of that with him. He agreed to do it and signed the contract and everything, but he never showed up. I almost lost the funds to get it done. I had to file an extension, which I barely got. When he got here, he didn’t want to do half the work he said he was going to do. He didn’t finish the drywall and the insulation. He charged me extra for little things, and it was crazy. His workers were wonderful with the work that he allowed them to do, and they did a great job. It was just him weaseling out of the contract and stuff. I had a $6000 limit, and I asked him if certain things could be done. He replied in the affirmative, signed the contract, and then as he was doing the work then he either weaseled out of doing it or wanted to charge me extra for this and that. I would never use him again in the future, and I would never even recommend him.

We chose this company over several others that gave an estimate. They did a great job and we would highly recommend them.
