Green Steam Detailing

The detailing took almost 7 hours. Every part of the car was cleaned and restored to almost new appearance. Inside, the leather was dressed, all compartments were vacuumed and cleaned (even small change holders), the dash and instrument panel were spotless, and all wood areas were polished. Rugs were shampooed and doors and windows were washed. The work on the exterior was also excellent. The car was washed, small marks and scratches were buffed out, and the exterior was clayed and waxed and finished with a clear coat. The tires and the wheels were also addressed with the same attention to detail. The car (an eleven-year-old Lexus) looked like new. We were told ahead of time about the "package" we had selected and everything was explained by both the literature and the service person. At the end, we also were given a verbal evaluation of the car's appearance and suggestions to maintain its "new" look, A great job with professional staff and results.

These guys did an AMAZING job detailing my 14 year old car. When I went out to look at it, it looked brand new! I came from far away to use these guys based on a recommendation so I stayed in their super nice waiting room the entire 7 hours it took them to do the Silver Package detail. In their waiting room they have a huge screen TV, coffee/tea machine, wifi and very comfy sofas. The bathrooms were super clean too! :) All I can say is that i never, ever expected the wait to be so pleasant (got a lot of work done in the peace and quiet of their waiting room... bring a lap desk... works great) and the job they did on my car so fantastic. The leather looked like new, the inside was SPOTLESS!!!, the carpets were steamed clean and the paint and chrome shined like glass. I cannot recommend them enough! Would make a GREAT gift certificate for someone. Drive slowly on 5th ave as they're tucked in a bit and are hard to see on the right if you're heading North on 5th. One more thing… if you want to sell your car, their detailing job would probably get you more money for your vehicle.

All this takes approximately 30 - 45 minutes and costs $20 for regular size cars and $25 for large vehicles and tax is included in price. Best of all there is no appointment needed. We now also offer several Detail Express Maintenance Services ranging from carpet cleaning at $39 to applying a paint sealant for $59. These services are 30 minutes or less. We also offer 3 distinct detail packages which start at $149 for our Silver Package, $235 for our Gold package and $325 for our Platinum package. To my knowledge we have had only one unhappy customer and that was due to a scheduling error which was my fault.
