Description of Work: WENT TO THE STORE TO LOOK. A SALESPERSON HELPED US. WE ASKED FOR MEASUREMENT AND ESTIMATE. HE DROPPED SAMPLES ONTO OUR PORCH EARLY ONE MORNING FOR US TO LOOK AT. TOLD US TO PUT THEM BACK OUTSIDE WHEN WE WERE DONE. EVENTUALLY GOT AN ESTIMATE IN THE MAIL. NO PERSONAL SERVICE AT ALL. HE DIDN'T USE EMAIL. FELT THE SERVICE WAS A BIT UNPROFESSIONAL. THE ESTIMATE WAS NOT ITEMIZED. THEY WEREN'T GOING TO DO SOME OF THE PREP ON THE CARPETING AND FLOORING THAT OTHER COMPANIES WERE GOING TO DO. WE DID NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

+ -1 moreEverything went smoothly on the installation. There were several small problems that were taken care of to our satisfaction.
Description of Work: Essis installed hardwood flooring throughout our main floor. Also installed carpet in media room and all bedrooms.

+ -1 moreI would recommend them for interior work. They are very professional, courteous, on time and the installers did an amazing job. This is the second time we used the same company on a similar project. We compared their prices against Lowes and another national chain and they were always willing to match the price.
